At MADXMARX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory.

Return Policy

  • Standard Returns: Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked.

     

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@madxmarx.com.

  • Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Sizing Issues: If there is a sizing error (item not as per the size guide), please contact us with evidence to proceed with the return process. If the size guide was overlooked, the item can still be returned, but it must comply with our return conditions.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at info@madxmarx.com to begin the return process.
  2. Shipping: We do not provide a shipping label for returns. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
  3. Packaging: Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the desired action (store credit, different product, or refund).

Returns/Exchanges

  • Options: You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Exchange Requests: Note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
  • Return Address: Mail your return to the address provided via email.
  • Processing: Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost, or we will issue your refund.

Initiating a Refund

  • Contact Us: To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team at info@madxmarx.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Instructions: Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including sale items, gift cards, and promotional items. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer support team immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or initiating a refund.

Refunds

  • Tracking Number: A tracking number is required once you send the item back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping back charges, import duties/taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Special Merchandise: Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
  • Store Credits: Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash. If your order is purchased through store credits from a previous return, it is not eligible for a free return.
